Commitments and Guarantees
You acknowledge that you will:
- Maintain the reputation of the "Technician - Fab" application and prioritize customer respect.
- Commit to providing the service immediately upon receiving the request and being present at the customer's location without delay.
- Maintain personal hygiene and wear appropriate attire for work.
- Possess all necessary tools for providing home maintenance services.
- Provide free inspections and estimates, with no additional charges.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Provide accurate and truthful information to "Technician Company" and update it in case of any changes.
- Review and comply with any notifications sent through the "Fab" application regarding your use of the services provided by the "Technician - Fab" application.
- Not engage in any subterfuge, issuance, publication, transfer, distribution, execution, display, sale, or reclassification of "Technician - Fab" services unless allowed under this contract.
- Not use the information, content, or any data received through the "Technician - Fab" services for any other purpose except personal use and will use the application and service exclusively for your own purposes, without selling them to any third party (including, for example, transferring your account to another person or disclosing customer information to others).
- Use the service or application for legitimate purposes only and not use the services to send or store any illegal materials or for fraudulent purposes.
- Ensure the safety of the work site and maintain cleanliness during and after the work.
- Not interfere with the proper operation of the "Technician - Fab" application.
- Commit to not communicating with the customer after the completion or cancellation of the request, as this may result in legal action against you and the suspension of your account without reimbursement of any funds in the account.
- Not attempt to harm the service or the application in any way.
- Not copy or distribute the application or other contents without obtaining written permission from "Technician - Fab."
- Safeguard your password for your account or any identification means provided to you securely and confidentially.
- Provide us with all the evidence that confirms your identity as per "Technician - Fab's" assessment.
- Allow "Technician - Fab" to refuse to provide the service or use the application without giving reasons.
- Adhere to the prices specified within the application, and in case of any additional work not covered by the price list, you must adhere to a fair price.
- Commit to working within the timeframes of the offers, and rejection may result in actions taken against you, including the suspension of your account without recourse.
- Acknowledge that you will not create fake orders or reviews.
You ensure that:
- You commit to providing the service according to the technical specifications commonly recognized by experienced professionals.
- You will return to the customer in case of any faults or recurrence of the previous issue and rectify it within the warranty period (30 days) from the invoice date.
- You will provide quality and fairly priced spare parts, along with an authorized invoice for the customer.
- In case of any replacement of a part, you must hand over the defective or old part to the customer, and you are not entitled to keep or benefit from it. You may also be subject to a financial penalty before the legal authorities.
License Scope
"Technician" grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-sub licensable, and non-cancelable license for the sole purpose of accessing and using our services, solely for personal use (not for any commercial purposes, including, without limitation) under this agreement. Therefore, you must:
- Commit to being the sole user of the account and refrain from allowing others to use your account.
- Not delete, modify, or otherwise alter any copyright or other proprietary rights notices in the services.
- Not intentionally transfer or distribute the services or allow them to be downloaded for use other than as specified herein.
- Not share your username, password, or any other access credentials for "Fab" services.
"Technician" reserves the right to seek remedies available for any violation of the credit charging policy, including, but not limited to, the right to deny access to "Technician" services and programs.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights for these services and all materials related to or appearing on them (including any content you provide or post - including, but not limited to) are owned by "Technician." This agreement and your use of the "Technician" platform do not grant you any rights except as provided in this agreement.
You shall keep confidential any information obtained from "Technician" or any references to the manner of use or internal procedures of the company.
You must not reproduce or allow anyone, for any reason, to use or reproduce the services or any trademarks or other brand names that appear in the services.
Payment
"Technician" has the right to impose new fees for the use of the application or service or both.
Service providers cannot claim any amounts charged to their balance or any in-app subscriptions.
In the event of a change in fees or percentages, you will be notified, and you can choose to continue or cancel your account.
"Technician" determines the commission percentage for the service provider ("Technician"), and it is collected from the technician according to market requirements. The technician has the right to request discontinuation if the percentage offered by "Technician" is not suitable. Continuing after being notified of the new percentage constitutes explicit consent.
"Technician" may modify or update prices from time to time, and you are fully responsible for staying informed of the current prices for maintenance services.
"Technician" reserves the right to cancel the subscription, permanently delete the account, and deduct the account balance if you do not use "Fab" for more than 8 months after the last use.
You are required to accept any offers or discounts when announced, and when a customer uses a discount code in their order.
You agree and undertake to always maintain honesty regarding the value and truthfulness of transactions and the like. You also agree that, in case of discovering any fraud, manipulation, deception, or misconduct in service provision to the customer, whether directly or indirectly harming the application, you will be subject to suspension of your services, removal from the "Fab" application, and complete deduction of your balance. Additionally, "Technician" reserves the right to claim compensation for all damages resulting from this fraud, manipulation, or misuse.
Compensation
By agreeing to the terms of use, you agree to defend "Technician" and its affiliated companies, and all responsible parties of the company, and indemnify them from any claims, costs, damages, or losses arising out of or related to:
- Your violation or breach of any of these terms of use or any applicable laws or regulations, whether included in this list or not.
- Your violation of any rights belonging to service providers or any form of harm to them.
- Your use or misuse of the application or service.

However, "Technician" has the right to review your performance and, based on that, cancel your account.
"Technician" does not accept any circumstances under which it would be responsible for any services provided by the service provider or arising from them after the warranty period.

"Technician" reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to do the following at any time:
